Join us for a special viewing of three council-owned historic buildings:
▪ Journeys End, a replica of an 1847 Fencibles cottage
▪ Laishley House, built in 1858 for Reverend Laishley, minister of a Congregational church
▪ Blockhouse, built in 1860 as part of Auckland's refences.
Some rooms will be furnished with locally sourced items in keeping with the era and others will display memorabilia.
In keeping with this year's theme there will be photos and story displays covering Peace Love and Protest in Onehunga. Our archives will also be available.
