Join us to walk along a part of the forgotten suburban train route running north from Bayswater Peninsula.

Walk along to a lookout with great views of the harbour, while listening to stories about the history of transport around the North Shore. Learn about the bus, train and ferry companies that helped to develop the area.

The walk is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness, with stops along the way to hear of heroic events and local stories.

The Bayswater ferry departs from the Downtown Ferry Terminal at 11.40am. We will meet you at the Bayswater Ferry Terminal (ferry ticket cost not included).

At the end of the walk, catch the 2.20pm ferry back to the city.

Alternatively, free parking is available, or bus routes are nearby.
