Three Auckland Council-owned, historic buildings - Journeys End, Laishley House and Blockhouse - from the 1850 to 1860 era will be open for viewing.

The houses feature rooms furnished with locally sourced items in keeping with the era.

Other rooms contain collections of memorabilia to remind you of your ancestors' lives.

There will be photo displays of local transport and videos of Onehunga's past and Auckland's trams. If you have any questions, our archives are available.
