Details

The year 2017 marks the centenary of the arrival in Auckland and the daring WWI escape of Felix von Luckner from Motuihe Island.

A series of information stations situated at key points of interest will be brought to life by volunteer guides.

Join us for a day on the island, including talks, pictorial history of 1917 life on the island and a guided walk through the restoring native bush. Access via Fullers ferry.
