Join us on a guided tour to explore the colourful history of Tui Glen from the 1920s, New Zealand's first registered motor camp on the banks of the Oratia Stream.

Visit historic Mill Cottage (headquarters of the West Auckland Historical Society) to view an exhibition on Tui Glen featuring photographs and memories, a display of picnic memorabilia and old time children's games.

In its heyday this renowned motor venue boasted free attractions and games. Donkeys were a feature and the fleet of boats and canoes were popular.

All activities are free, family-friendly and suitable for all ages. Devonshire tea and sandwiches will be served from Mill Cottage.

Allow time to explore the exhibits and take the guided walks at 11.30am or 1.30pm.
