Join us for a day of picnics and history at Motutapu Island.

We begin by taking a Fullers scheduled ferry service from Pier 4 at the downtown terminals to Home Bay wharf.

On arrival, walk up to the historic Reid Homestead and enjoy a picnic and croquet game on the lawn.

After lunch, explore the WWII gun battery and its stunning views. See if you can spot a takahe!

Snacks and hot drinks will be available at the Homestead. Eftpos is available.

Motutapu is pest-free. Please pack your lunch and parka in a zip-up bag, and clean your boots.
