Event details

Ponsonby is one of Auckland's earliest and most vibrant inner-city neighbourhoods. It has been home to actors and musicians, lawyers, All Blacks, poets, playwrights, politicians, romantics and revolutionaries, bishops and brothels.

The suburb's unique heritage, as well as its bars, bistros, coffee houses, fashion boutiques and galleries, create a rich flavour.

Join Architectural designer and historian Edward Bennett as he leads you through the streets, recounting some of the stories associated with the local people, places and architecture.
