Event details

This exhibition looks at Rev. Dr. John Kinder's journeys and interpretation of the New Zealand people and landscape.

It examines how his peaceful beliefs developed through contact with the tangata whenua. These beliefs show in his water colours and photographic works from the 1860s to 1890s.

Exhibition continues running outside of the festival dates.
