Event details

Join the Ōtāhuhu Historical Society to follow in the footsteps of the Fencibles who settled in Ōtāhuhu in 1848.

Walk over the modern Ann’s Bridge and visit Ann’s Creek Reserve. Find out the story behind the naming of the bridge. Follow the course of this creek and learn a little of the history of the area since the arrival of the Fencibles.

There are no formed paths in the reserve so we recommend you wear walking shoes.
