Event details

Hear about the remarkable journey of 733 Polish children and 102 caregivers during World War II.

Deported originally to Russia, they then came to the safe haven of New Zealand via Persia.

Stay on to enjoy the colourful displays of costumes, tapestries and stamps, and discover many 'Famous Poles ' in the museum.

Books and DVDs by and about members of this Polish group will be available for purchase.
