Event details

Come and join us for a fascinating tour of Warkworth township.

You will learn stories of the past, present, and future of village life, and board the historical Jane Gifford sailing scow.

Local historian Dave Parker will lead the tour. He is well known for his many year’s interest and involvement in the area’s history.

The tour is within walking distance of the river, and is suitable for children 7-years and older. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Runs in conjunction with Warkworth’s Golden 50th Kowhai Festival.

Spaces limited to 30. In the event of a rain cancellation, participants will be advised. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
