Historians John Priestley, Alister Watts and Sue Cooper invite you to join their guided tours of early Aucklanders buried at Purewa Cemetery and Crematorium.

Established in 1889 as an Anglican cemetery, Purewa is rich in history with stories of some of Tāmaki Makaurau's most intriguing and well-known people.

As well as visiting their grave sites you will also hear their stories and secrets and learn of their valuable contributions to our city and nation.
