Event details

Join sports commentators and reporters Murray McKinnon and Barry Magee for a discussion about the legacy of Sir Murray Halberg, and other Kiwi runners from the golden age of athletics in Auckland.

Sir Murray became a household name in New Zealand in the 1950s and 1960s as a talented long-distance runner who achieved a string of successes on the athletics track, and in 1963 founded the Halberg Disability Sport Foundation.

Refreshments will be provided.
