Al-Masjid Al-Jamie or Ponsonby Mosque, the country's oldest mosque, opens its doors to the public.

There will be a guided tour, a brief introduction to the worship practices, and a chance for informal discussion.

This visit is one of a series organised by the Auckland Inter-Faith Council, inviting Aucklanders to explore the sacred spaces of diverse faith communities and learn about their heritage.
