Event details

Stitch to Remember is a craft activity for children aged 10 years and over, taking the theme of the First World War.

In the month that we remember Passchendaele, this simple project involves stitching on hessian. The activity is reminiscent of the many embroidered souvenirs and postcards purchased and sent home by New Zealand soldiers during the war.
