Event details

The Dalmatians were some of the early immigrants to the Henderson region.

"The Half Gallon Quarter Acre Pavlova Paradise" was the chosen destination for many Europeans who had endured World War II and the depression years. Later the Chinese would follow, and then the Indonesians, Dutch and Anglo Indians. Many of these immigrants continue to leave their mark on Henderson to this day.

Dalmatian Steve Ozich (pictured) was a real estate agent, and owned a local hotel and a taxi service.
