Event details

Explore the sites and stories of Karangahape Road in this conversational style tour. Meet others and share your own stories as we explore together Karangahape Road's social and cultural history.

This walk will be following the self-guided tour on the AKL City Tours app. This is a chance to meet other people and share your own stories of Karangahape Road while learning about the history of the area. We’ll meet as a group and a tour facilitator will introduce each site from the Karangahape Road self-guided tour and then open it up to conversation.

This style of tour encourages group participation and is a great way to learn about the history of the city with others, get some fresh air and exercise, and meet new people.
